With dry hands and face, add 3-5 pumps to the palm of your hand. Rub hands together and massage onto face, including around the eyes. Cover face with a warm washcloth, press down lightly all around while inhaling and exhaling the aromatherapy for 15-20 seconds. Wipe off and feel fresh, clean and balanced!
Note: You may or may not experience a transition period of 2 to 3 weeks as your skin tries to detoxify past build up. Don't worry. This should pass as your skin adjusts to this wonderful method of cleansing.
